We are a pasture based farm raising heritage meats that include purebred Dexter cattle, Hereford pork, and free range poultry. Our desire is to create a farm that thrives in the intricacies of God's beautiful creation and that is a sustainable part of our local community. Locker Information: Highlights this Month We are excited to have our first 100% Heritage Grassfed Dexter Beef available this month! Dexters are a small breed so the size of cuts will be smaller than your average beef cut, making them more in line with dietary guidelines. We are continuing to offer a variety of cuts from our 100% Heritage Hereford Pork, a breed which originated in Iowa and Nebraska. We are also still offering pork from a line of hogs that have been raised on pasture the last 20 years, and are quite hardy for living a natural life free of confinement. |
